The Deputy Project Director is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. The individual in this position will oversee and manage critical aspects of project planning, design, and construction for the Downtown Rail Extension and related projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets and schedules, and providing leadership for project delivery teams. The role requires problem-solving on complex challenges, reporting on project progress, and supporting the Project Director in achieving the program’s strategic goals.
- Project Management: Expertise in project coordination, budget management, schedule control, and risk mitigation.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, agencies, and contractors.
