We are looking for a Workplace Relationship Manager to join our team. Workplace Solutions is a core market for Aegon UK and therefore is critical to the strategy and success of the business. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for delivering a compelling proposition, providing strong strategic relationship management, and building and maintaining relationships with key employers. Key Responsibilities include: Maintain and develop relationships with a designated panel of managed clients Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management – governance & engagement Own problem resolution for managed client servicing and administration Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis. Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business ensuring a joined up approach is taken at all times. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing Strong analytical and problem solving skills Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement. Excellent report writing skills. Competent with a wide range of windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload What’s in it for you?
