Role Description This full-time Insurance Professional role is a hybrid position based in Paducah, KY, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Professional will advise clients on insurance and financial solutions that support their long-term goals, including needs analysis, product recommendations, and policy reviews. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining complex insurance and financial concepts in clear language, and preparing proposals and applications. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Ongoing professional development and staying current on industry trends, products, and best practices are key expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and their application to long-term planning and protection strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term relationship building.
- Relevant licenses (or ability to obtain) for life and health insurance; securities licenses are a plus.
