Role Description This part-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Northern Virginia, VA. The Insurance Agent will meet with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate insurance and related financial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and building client relationships, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with applications and claims-related questions. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, staying informed about industry trends and product updates, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications
- Ability to perform Insurance Sales activities, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing business.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, with an understanding of policy types and coverage options.
- Basic Finance skills to explain financial concepts, premiums, and long-term planning in clear, accessible terms.
