We are seeking a full-time Design Professional to join our team on-site in Phoenix, AZ. The Design Professional will work closely with clients and internal teams to create functional, ergonomic, and visually compelling office spaces. Responsibilities include space planning, project management, drafting and rendering designs, selecting furniture, and ensuring alignment with client goals and budgetary constraints. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with vendors to provide exceptional service.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, and experience with rendering and space planning tools
• Strong understanding of commercial interiors, furniture systems, and workspace ergonomics
• Project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and teamwork
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure all project specifications and designs are accurate
• Knowledge of current trends in office functionality and design
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the commercial furniture or interiors industry is preferred
