- Build and develop customer relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Knowledge of open-trailer equipment (preferred)
- Willingness to take on any challenge
- Ability to work in a TEAM oriented environment
- Knowledge of market conditions and ability to quote and WIN freight
- Strong computer and phone skills
- This is a salary plus commission/bonus position
