What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative/Teller position at Trans Texas Southwest Credit Union?
We are looking for a member services representative/teller. Must be a team player and have exceptional member service skills. Member Services Representatives are responsible for handling member transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Experience preferred, willing to train the right applicant. The successful candidate should possess computer knowledge and be familiar with a variety of office machines. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with members in person and by telephone. Cash handling experience is required. Must be dependable.
*Full-time work hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 6:00, Saturdays, 7:45 -12:30 (twice a month), Part-time hours, Monday - Friday 1:00 - 6:00. Saturdays, 7:45 - 12:30 (twice a month)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to credit union procedures.
- Utilize financial software to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist members with account-related services, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
