Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern a long-term care facility
- Ensure that the nursing services Policies and Procedures Manual is followed
- Direct the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required
- Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 25 pounds
Qualifications:
- TX LVN or RN License
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
Requirements:
- Must be COVID Vaccinated
- BLS and CPR Certification
