What You’ll Do
- Learn to identify tooling and components using proper nomenclature
- Communicate production or tooling concerns to team leaders and support personnel
- Support production and quality requirements in alignment with IATF 16949 standards
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including:
- Press functions (coolant, oil, greasing systems)
- Uncoilers and scrap removal systems
- Raw material handling and cleanup
- Clean and prepare presses for job setup
- Help manage oil inventory, storage, and recycling systems
- Operate forklifts and overhead hoists (training provided)
