Quality Assurance Technician - BONHAM, TX

This position is for 3rd Shift (12am-8am)

Description of Work Performed in This Role:

• Perform and document required UL and ETL product testing prior to shipment
• Email, file, and record all required documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain production folders, including storing associated production samples
• Ensure accuracy of drawings, samples, and revision history
• File, empty, and destroy folders and records as needed, following established procedures
• Assist in conducting the annual full physical inventory
• Perform incoming raw material inspections as required
• Prepare and send out samples for Agency Compliance as needed
• Conduct inspections and testing on active production lines
• Perform weekly audits on operators for quality assurance
• Support efforts to maintain AS9100 compliance
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by management or the Lead QA Technician
• Participate in rework or investigation of Non-Conforming Materials (NCMs)

Key Qualifications:

• Preferred knowledge of technical communication principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in inspection or Quality support roles
• Self-motivated with strong time management; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills with a practical understanding of complex issues
• Customer service-oriented and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experienced in data gathering, analysis, and using results to support sound decisions
• Capable of interpreting and evaluating a wide range of data and making informed recommendations
• Able to maintain composure and reasoned thinking in emotionally charged or high-pressure situations
• Proven ability to stay focused and productive in dynamic environments
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
