What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Tranquility Woods?
Tranquility Woods is a luxury inpatient substance abuse center. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to help clients during days Monday-Friday with occasional weekend.
~Monitor and assist the patient through the detox process until discharge.
~Conduct routine onsite testing including urinalysis for drug screening and others.
~Direct patient care including medical assessments and follow-ups.
~Help clients with medication administration
~Identify patient needs requiring medical management outside of the scope of Facilities programs.
~Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA and PHI guidelines.
~Attend staff meetings when indicated and organize and maintain personal work area.
~Set an example of compassionate and knowledgeable medical care to all patients.
~Other work as assigned by program administrators.
Shift hours
- 7am-11 am and 730pm-1130pm
Schedule Requirements:
- 3-4 Shifts Per Month
- 2 of these shifts MUST be WEEEKEND SHIFTS

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
