Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and service according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
- Follow food safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo background check and health screenings.
