Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: Tranquil Life Counseling, LLC is seeking a Part Time/Full Time Administrative Assistants. Administrative Assistants will work 30-40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, client support, and ensuring our clinical and administrative staff is supported. This position may be utilized at any of our locations in Hiram, Dallas or Acworth, GA.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage intake calls and outbound calls.
· Taking and recording payments.
· Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
· Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
· Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
· Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Reliable transportation;
- At least one (1) year of prior experience working in an office setting;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must have an ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service;
- Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality;
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
- Working knowledge of office practices, procedures, and basic Accounting;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products;
- Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
