Tranquil Innovations, LLC is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and client-centered Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals, families, and communities through a holistic, ethical, and person-centered approach. Responsibilities include:
Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic services
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Collaborate with internal staff and external partners as appropriate
Support continuity of care and client engagement throughout the treatment process
Qualifications:
Active South Carolina licensure preferred
LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or other qualified clinical licensure
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Experience in outpatient mental health, community mental health, or behavioral health preferred
Ability to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care to diverse populations
