Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Success Agent role. As a Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and chats to help our Customers and Associates meet their needs. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of the customer success team and participate in trainings to improve your skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
