Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controls/Contracting Project Manager based in Denver, CO. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of controls and contracting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing resources, monitoring project milestones, and addressing any issues that arise during execution. The role involves fostering collaboration among team members and maintaining adherence to company and client standards.


Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and oversee the execution of complex projects
  • Experience with contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Technical expertise in building controls, HVAC systems, or other related technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team coordination
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project challenges
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or 3-5 years project management experience
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, are a plus
