Job Summary：

Trane Technologies in Davidson, NC is hiring a Financial Analyst for its Americas Region Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Americas Region FP&A provides financial support to Regional Leadership throughout the periodic financial reporting cycles. The Financial Planning & Analysis Group is responsible for long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and analysis, and the creation of tools to help drive decision-making.

A senior financial analyst in this group reports to the Americas FP&A Manager and will manage several high profile financial responsibilities. This position plays a key role in providing analytical and business decision support to drive financial forecasts, operating budgets and strategic goals.

Standard Schedule-4 days in office, 1 day flexible work location

What you will do:   

• Work with BU FP&A teams to coordinate the collection of information required to develop, analyze, and/or modify financial plans, which include the monthly forecast, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic plans (LRP)
• Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items; and evaluate their effect on operations. Report results along with recommendations for action.
• Prepare analyses and provide support for the monthly Business & Operations and Quarterly Business Review leadership meetings
• Prepare monthly Budget & Expense reporting packages for Americas functional leaders (Finance, HR, Marketing, & IT)
• Prepare the Americas HQ allocation forecast and communicate impacts and drivers to respective BU finance teams
• Assist the Americas FP&A Manager with process improvement initiatives including reporting enhancements and standard work documentation
  
  

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field, and strong Financial Analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment, while also to building a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
• Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, OneStream knowledge

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $ 97,500-128,950
