Trane Technologies is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving I

As a Shipping and Receiving I receive inventory and ship materials based on LSS and customer need. What you will do:

• Comply with workplace safety procedures
• Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.
• Cross-trained to perform the Shipping or Receiving responsibilities as needed. On a regular basis, performs one of the following:
• Shipping:

• Receiving:

• Respond to questions, both email and verbal, about status of shipping and receiving.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment (includes checking email while printing labels).
• Willing to work as a team and help team members and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrates ability to make timely and appropriate decisions based on standards.
• Ability to complete own work with little to no supervision.
• Capability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.
• Is open to the ideas, diverse views and opinions of others; offers opinions constructively; helps when needed.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly on own.
