  • Contribute to the Ignition Council by sharing field experience, providing feedback on features, and participating in strategic discussions
  • Advocate for industry best practices in OEE metrics, downtime tracking, and operational visibility
  • Scale OEE work to other subsystems such as smart torque systems, Digital MDI boards, and, in general, process monitoring and visualization using Ignition
  • Technical Execution & Oversight
  • Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Ignition-based solutions (Perspective, MQTT, Tag Historian, etc.)
  • Lead OT data architecture aligned to ISA-95/88 standards and integrate with PLCs, ERP, MES, historians and cloud platforms
  • Lead OT Network architecture and plant asset connectivity
  • Lead artificial intelligence (AI) applications within the manufacturing operation
  • Lead OT resiliency including factory floor PC rationalization, eliminating un-managed switches and remote access capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance and technical governance
  • Mentorship & Governance
  • Establish and enforce development standards, documentation protocols, and code review processes
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide thought leadership across the OT engineering community
  • Influence and Leadership:
  • High customer focus and commitment to customer success
