Refrigeration Repair Tech I

• Perform rework and maintenance tasks to ensure units meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address recurring issues.
• Document all diagnostic and repair activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of automated test systems, as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC/R, or related field preferred.

• Entry-level to mid-level experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and/or diesel mechanics is highly desirable.
• Effective computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced Certified Brazer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
