Job Summary

Support the treasury team by completing customer payment processing and payment reconciliations

Where Is The Work

• From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires
  
  

What You Will Do

• Credit card payment processing
• Credit card payment report upload and posting to Fourth Shift
• Credit card refunds for duplicate payments
• Credit card refunds for over payments per the unapplied cash report
• Convert older unapplied cash to credit memos and post to new parent accounts
• E-commerce payment/order reconciliation
• Back up for cash posting for lock box
• AP remittance emails
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 year accounts receivable experience including customer account reconciliations.
• Good math, verbal and writing skills.
• Experience with excel spreadsheets, Fourth Shift or similar MRP system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Sales Force software.
  
  

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $18,250 - $37,500

For Salaried positions - Enter the amount of Salary Ranges from the MRR tool

For Hourly positions - Enter the amount from locally managed resources

Additional Compensation: (TAP to remove if not applicable)
