Position Expectations
- Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions.
- Verifies and inspects work according to standard work.
- Perform quality checks and tests.
- Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque and hand tools, where applicable.
- Adhere to work and safety rules.
- Good verbal communication
- Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
- Understands, accepts, and supports the company’s vision and key business goals.
- Basic understanding, support, and commitment to the team and continuous improvement by getting involved and actively contributing ideas for improvement.
- Resolves problems at the lowest level possible.
- Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems.
