Title: Service Manager
Location: Woodbury, LI- Fully in-office
Job Description:
· Provide direction and accountability for technicians, dispatcher and service staff.
· Provide and review Repair Quotes
· Insure customer satisfaction and customer follow up
· Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and promoting new customers
· Profit and loss responsibility and annual sales revenues
· Promote maintenance agreements
· Hold meetings for group training and one on one reviews
· Forecast and manage manpower to meet ongoing customer and seasonal demands
· Provide technical support for technicians
· Insure billing and invoicing is being performed correctly and accurately.
Experience:
- 5 years experience with HVAC Service Management required
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Salary : $8,000 - $120,000
