Responsibilities
- Maintain strong tenant relations including lease renewals, LIHTC recertifications, and addressing maintenance concerns.
- Supervise vendors and maintenance staff involved in day-to-day building operations.
- Coordinate with back-office staff and tenants to ensure efficient rent collection.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial firm environment.
- Fluency with various computer software.
