Duties
- Lead to ensure outstanding guest services, maintaining high levels of hospitality and professionalism.

- Manage daily venue operations, and operational workflows.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing first aid procedures, and operational safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
roles or similar positions within hospitality or event venues. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of supervising and making managerial decisions confidently.
- Strong background in events management, operations management, and guest services.
- Experience in managing budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting within a hospitality or resort setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and interact with guests at all levels.
- Technical proficiency related to venue equipment operation.
