Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and cooking processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Requirements
