Job Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience (or interest) in assembly, fabrication, and general production operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools to fabricate parts
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Support warehouse activities, including material handling and inventory movement
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Comfort using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Mechanical assembly or fabrication experience is helpful
Schedule & Pay
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Hours: 40–50 hours per week
- Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
- Overtime potential
Premium Pay Includes:
- Overtime pay
- Double-time pay
- Vacation and holiday hours count toward overtime calculations
