What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to behavioral services staff within the residential autism program
- Guide behavioral assessments and treatment plans across a caseload of 20–24 individuals
- Oversee staff training, clinical adherence, and fidelity to intervention models
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and clinical outcomes
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- BCBA certification preferred (or in progress with relevant autism experience)
- LISW or LPCC also considered with strong autism treatment background
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and staff supervision
- Comfortable working a mix of first and second shifts weekly
Schedule:
Mix of 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts; flexible scheduling available
