Position Details
- Location: West Chester, OH, 100% On-Site
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $80,000–$85,000/year plus full benefits
What You'll Own
- End-to-end electrical design for packaged systems including power distribution, control panels, and controls development
- Electrical schematics, panel layouts, and production drawings using AutoCAD Electrical
- PLC ladder logic, HMI displays, and protocol interface software tailored to each project
- Bills of Materials for Purchasing, Accounting, and Production
- Equipment selection and documentation per NEC standards
- Cross-functional coordination with Mechanical Engineering and Project Management to ensure seamless execution
What You'll Bring
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology
- 2 years of electrical design experience
- PLC programming proficiency (Allen Bradley preferred)
- HVAC system experience
- AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving instincts, and a collaborative approach to engineering
