Warehouse Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: AM and PM shifts available; weekends and overtime as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily inbound and outbound operations at our distribution center. You will help ensure freight and customer orders are received, picked, packed, staged, and loaded accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming freight, verifying quantities and condition.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Load and unload trailers; palletize, wrap, and label shipments according to site standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards, keeping aisles and loading docks clean and clear.
- Follow safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and participate in safety meetings.
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers when properly trained and certified. Training is available for qualified candidates.
- Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.
- Work overtime during peak periods as required.
Qualifications
At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Training is available for reliable entry-level candidates.
Ability to lift and move 50–75 pounds and stand or walk for 8–10 hours, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic RF scanner and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Powered industrial truck (PIT) certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Employment Requirements
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Conversion to permanent employment depends on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
