Position: Clinic Operations Manager

Training Wheels ABA is a young and growing behavior therapy center for children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for an experienced, professional, courteous and driven individual to join our team and help to lead and grow our Austin centers at a managerial level.
You are a driven and results-oriented leader and someone who thrives on building relationships and motivating others. In addition, you have the ability to encourage the staff regardless of how the day is going. You are extremely detail oriented and able to manage your workload and maintain your composure even when things are moving in multiple directions.
At the day-to-day level, you will be responsible for:
- Weekly creation of the therapist schedule for the clinic, modifying daily as changes are required
- Daily communication with parents and staff regarding any schedule changes
- Client onboarding, including benefits and eligibility checks to confirm insurance coverage
- Liaison with Onboarding/Outreach team to schedule parent tours.
- Scheduling assessments
- Obtaining proper clinical authorizations
- Assigning clients to clinical teams
- Weekly and monthly KPI tracking, including monthly onboarding targets
- Weekly contract fulfillment reporting and referral tracking
In addition, you will:
- Create and contribute to a center culture based on a positive and uplifting work environment
- Work together with the Center Ambassador to plan center-wide themed days, holidays, crafts, staff socials and other employee and family engagement activities
- Meet regularly with the BCBAs to discuss clinical and/or employee-related concerns or needs
- Engage with social media to promote the company, the center, and the services provided
- Actively participate in Training Wheels activities which support the local autism community
Requirements:
- 4 years experience as an Operations Manager in a behavioral health or related medical field, ideally ABA
- Bachelors degree or equivalent directly-related experience; Masters degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but definitely not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
- Pay: Base Salary between $60,000 - $80,000 Bonus Potential of up to $10,000 annually
