Training Wheels ABA is urgently hiring In-Home Behavior Technicians. No ABA experience or certification required! This is an incredible entry point into the world of behavioral health for anyone who has worked in childcare, education, summer camps, or similar settings and wants to grow in a meaningful career while working directly in family homes. 

Who We Are: 

We’re Training Wheels ABA, a team of passionate professionals providing high-quality therapy for children ages 18 months to 10 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We specialize in Early Intervention and believe in empowering kids and families! 

 What You'll Do: 

• Travel to clients’ homes in the South Austin area 

• Work 1:1 with young children using evidence-based therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) 

• Play, teach, and support progress through structured activities 

• Follow treatment plans created by a licensed clinician (BCBA) 

• Track behaviors and take notes on each session (we’ll teach you how!) 

• Communicate and collaborate with your team while growing your skills

Qualifications:

• Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• At least 6 months experience working with children
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Reliable Transportation 

Salary : $20 - $22
