Training Programs Role Player (1099 Independent Sub-Contractor Position)

Note: This position requires regular commuting to Williamsburg VA on designated working days.

Position Overview:

• Seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to serve as Training Programs Role Players in support of field training exercises across Southeastern Virginia and surrounding areas. As a role player, you will engage in dynamic training scenarios, assist in evaluating participants' performance, and provide critical feedback. Your contributions will help ensure the success of military and government training exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in field training exercises, simulating realistic environments to facilitate effective training.
• Evaluate participants' performance and offer constructive feedback based on established training criteria.
• Actively participate in exercise debriefs to assess overall training outcomes.
• Support and follow training techniques and terminologies consistent with U.S. Government (USG) standards.

Requirements:

• Active SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain one, with sponsorship provided).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong map reading and navigational skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including extended periods of walking and standing.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to disclose driving record.
• Ability to work as a independent contractor (1099).
• Demonstrate poise, professionalism, and self-control in high-pressure situations.
• Must successfully complete an initial training class.

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

• Primarily Southeastern Virginia
• Potential travel to additional U.S. States depending on requirements.
• Remote work is not available for this position.

Pay: From $29.71 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 50.0 per week
