Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels such as networking, community events, and telemarketing campaigns
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and manage sales administration tasks efficiently
- Stay informed about industry trends to offer comprehensive solutions
- Collaborate with clients on policy explanations, benefits, and coverage details to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance products
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently in outside environments while demonstrating enthusiasm for helping clients secure their financial future
- Ability to obtain a state Life Insurance License, if you do not currently have one
- Able to pass a state background check
