Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations to align priorities and execution.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide engineering and design.
- Partner with engineering to scope features, manage trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Lead Agile product development teams through sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery.
- Own the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and team collaboration.
- Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable results.
- Bring creative problem-solving to complex challenges, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
- 1 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Experience in implementing AI practices and tools
- Strong experience developing product requirements and working directly with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of the mortgage sector
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Proven ability to build consensus and foster collaboration amongst teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity through structured thinking and documentation.
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a bias toward execution.
- Experience in marketing tech or fintech preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Craft.io, Aha!, and analytics platforms.
