Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA supervision to behavior technicians and other ABA team members
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming based on learner needs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Maintain regular communication with parents, caregivers, and treatment team members
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure quality of services and clinical integrity
- Provide parent training and staff training
- Support families with strategies to incorporate individualized goals into daily routines
- Complete documentation in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and quality care
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and leadership
- Must be able to provide in-person services in Bucks County, PA
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
