The TNT Fellowship is a multidisciplinary continuing education program designed to expand the behavioral health workforce by training primary care providers in evidence-based mental health care, including primary care psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine.
This Postdoctoral Scholar position offers mentored training in medical education program evaluation, with opportunities to analyze educational and real-world clinical data, contribute to scholarly publications, and support initiatives to improve mental health care access across diverse populations. You will work both independently and in collaboration with faculty and other research team members. The position is particularly suited for candidates with advanced statistical expertise and experience working with large-scale, provider- and patient-level health data. Start date is flexible (Summer 2026 or later).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct program evaluation for TNT initiatives
- Analyze large healthcare datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Develop and support research projects to improve mental health care access across diverse populations
- Assist with research administration, including IRB application, literature reviews, longitudinal tracking, data processing, and grant writing
- Collaborate with TNT faculty and research team to disseminate findings through manuscripts, presentations, workshops, and other professional forums
Qualifications:
- PhD (or equivalent) in psychiatry, medicine, public health, social science, bioinformatics, biostatistics, data science, or related field
- Experience with research design, large datasets, and statistical methods
- Proficiency in R, Python, SAS, or similar
- Interest in medical education, program evaluation, or mental health services research
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
