At Trailwinds we rely on our Social Work team to advocate and support our patients and their families in their end of life journey. We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker (MSW) to support our patients and their families.
Our Social Workers provide medical social services to patients and their families, working as a member of the interdisciplinary hospice team.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of integrity
- Understanding and acceptance of hospice philosophy
- Ability to travel to patient homes and nursing facilities in the community
- Minimum one (1) year of social work experience, preferably in hospice.
- A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,500.00 per year
