Our Compliance Department is currently in search of a Full-Time Compliance Assistant in Lolo, Montana. A successful candidate will:

Responsibilities
Our successful team members perform the following responsibilities every day:
- Enthusiastically support the Bank's values and mission
- Work with employees and proactively resolve concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues to next level of authority, as needed

The Compliance Assistant supports the bank's Compliance Department in maintaining adherence to federal banking regulations and internal policies. This position assists with monitoring, testing, reporting, and maintaining documentation to ensure the bank operates in a safe, sound, and compliant manner

Perform Data Entry and Account Research
- Complete all essential training and display enthusiasm for continuous learning, accepting constructive feedback from more experienced team members
- Display a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times
- Maintain consistently punctuality and attendance
- Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect customers and bank assets
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail oriented
- Time management skills
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Willing to learn
- Valid Drivers license: some travel will be required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through work, military and/or education, required
- Knowledge of and experience in banking preferred. This is an entry level compliance role.
- Experience in lending (as a lender or in compliance) preferred
