Assistant Manager – Trailside Kitchen and Market
Trailside Kitchen and Market, located in a scenic resort setting, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
· Support daily café operations and lead shifts
· Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
· Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory
· Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards
Qualifications:
· Food service or hospitality experience (supervisor preferred)
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
· Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
