JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who’s eager to make an impact across multiple marketing channels. This role is hands-on, and execution focused: running paid ads, optimizing our website for SEO, building retention campaigns, email marketing, and collaborating on needs with our Marketing Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to own multiple marketing channels, work closely with leadership, and grow into a larger role as TrailRax expands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage paid ads on Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.

· Optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO.

· Build and schedule email campaigns flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase).

· Coordinate with content team marketing coordinator to deliver campaign assets.

· Track performance and share insights with leadership weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.

· Exposure to paid ads, SEO, and email (even if not deep expertise in all three).

· To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work.

· Strong organization and communication skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in fast-moving, small-team environments.

· Excitement about the off-road/overland industry and American manufacturing.

· Proven ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

· Knowledge of off-road vehicles and accessories is highly preferred

· Proactive performance and problem-solving mindset

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
