This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavior Technician at Trailhead Family & Life Skills. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis and intervention strategies, interacting with clients to support their development of life skills, and working closely with families to achieve desired outcomes. Daily tasks include data collection, documentation of client progress, and collaboration with supervisors to modify and improve intervention plans. This role is located in Colorado Springs, CO.

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Strong Communication skills for interaction with clients and families
• Behavioral Intervention and Psychology knowledge
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO
• Experience in a similar role or relevant field is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferred
