Job description:
Do you love sales and helping a company grow profits? We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to work at our Grand Junction location! We highly prefer someone with dealer experience, but may consider an experienced sales consultant from the automotive, power sport, or boating industries.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients select the unit that best fits their needs
- Provide high quality, professional experience while generating sales
- Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk-around presentations
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
- Utilize prospect management systems as required
- Attend all meetings and training as required
- Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
- Know current inventory, be enthusiastic, and have strong communication with management
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- May cross-train to perform other duties
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
What are the requirements for this job?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred as a Sales Consultant
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Ability to obtain Colorado Sales License
· Required to work Saturdays.
