Product Assembly & Fulfillment Technician - Trailer Gearbox
Trailer Gearbox is a growing manufacturer building high-quality, American-made products. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to help assemble our products and get them out the door accurately and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands - whether you have experience or are looking to develop real skills in a production and fulfillment environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble products and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Follow clear, step-by-step work instructions
- Inspect components and finished products for quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Label and prepare shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Maintain organized inventory for assembly and shipping materials
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Reliable - shows up on time and ready to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks (assembly shipping)
- Good communicator and team player
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse fulfillment
- Familiarity with shipping software (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.)
- Experience with inventory handling or order picking
- Experience working with mechanical products
