Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with tractor-trailers and Box trucks. This role requires a strong understanding of various mechanical systems, including hydraulics and air brakes, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of trailers.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on tractor-trailers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assemble and fabricate components as needed for trailer repairs.
- Conduct tire service, including inspection, rotation, and replacement.
- Diagnose issues related to suspension components providing effective solutions for repair.
- Work on hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality of trailer components.
- Inspect air brake systems for wear and functionality, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Skills
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance techniques, particularly for tractor-trailers and farm machinery.
- Strong ability to assemble and fabricate parts as required for repairs.
- Consistency and reliability for all given responsibilities and tasks.
