ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Make recommendations and educate guests on cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the bar area.
- Process guest payments and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishment of bar supplies.
- Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Experience with inventory management and bar operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Reach overhead and below the knees as needed during service.
- Maintain visual acuity and hearing ability necessary for a fast-paced hospitality environment.
