About the Role:
The Banquet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during events and functions within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout the event. The Banquet Server collaborates closely with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other service team members to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards of hospitality. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience working in banquet or event service environments.
