ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
- Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner
- Offer drink recommendations and educate guests on cocktail, wine, and beer options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
- Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with inventory and restocking of bar supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in an progressive restaurant setting, utilizing best practices for cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and efficiency
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking tools
PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
