Human Resources Director

In this position, you will perform a critical role in providing management of the Community HR department, including the interpretation and administration of human resource policies, programs and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment law as well as ABHM mission and core values. The Human Resources Director supports about 130 employees at the local level and works closely with local management and our corporate home office to address payroll and human resources needs.

• Pay starts at $62,000/yr and up based on experience.
• This is a full-time exempt position generally working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
• Health care or related experience strongly preferred.
• HRIS and digital record keeping experience, preferably in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG Dimensions).
• Demonstrable computer skills and familiarity with Adobe products and Microsoft Suite.
