What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Lead Server position at Trail Point Brewing Company?
Trail Point Brewing Company is a fun and loving, community brewery located in Allendale, MI. Our taproom is an integral part of our brand and company. We are a group of down-to-earth people committed to creating awesome beers, doing cool things within our community, and just plain having fun! We believe in high-quality table service and genuine engagement with our customers. As a consistent source for community connection, we host a wide variety of regular events and feature a beautiful outdoor patio. To prepare for the busy summer "beer months" and beyond, we are looking to expand our team.

Requirements:
- Age 21
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to lift at least 35 pounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Restock common use areas and retail shelves.
- Wash glasses.
- Bus tables.
- Remove/replace kegs.
Lead Server opportunity - opener-closer available to the right candidate
This position is part-time, up to 30 hours/week. Wage is $5/hr plus tips, (our community is very generous). Lead Server makes $7/hr plus tips.
